i still havent recieved my confirmation for my blogspot plus

i tried to assign my blog to pup.blogspot.com and it said that the name was already taken. how do i make it so that pup.blogspot.com leads to my blog ?

If it is taken, that means that someone else is already using it. Hence you cannot have it point to your blog.

When i signed up for ad-free blogspot it said that they would send me a confirmation and they never did....i was the one who signed up for pup.blogspot.com .

In that case you paid for a domain without first signing up for it, and in doing so, since it was in use by another user, you paid for Ad-free for their blog.

2) why is it that when you go to that page there is no blog there ?
3) if i didnt recieve a confirmation., does that mean that i didnt get charged for the ad-free blogspot ?

You can get a refund for the erroneous purchase, and pick another domain and upgrade it as you'd like.

Going to a page and seeing it is not there does not mean that the domain is not taken and doesn't have an account associated with it. It just has not been published to blogspot, hence the page you see.

No, sometimes the email confirmations do not arrive, and they are not a sure way to tell if you were charged. I've listed the charges on your account in my first response.

yes could i get a refund and then purchase blogspot plus ? i would like to upload images. thanks for all your help though ! i really appreciate it.
also how would i go about making sure that i get the right domain name ?
